Day 1 Depart U.S.A.
We travel together from the USA for Medjugorje.

Day 2 Medjugorje
When we arrive we are met and driven to Medjugorje usually arriving early afternoon. Since we stay with the visionary's relatives or in their home - they welcome us and prepare our meals, it feels as if you are at home. It's still the custom to have grandparents and parents' children with their children in the same house living together.
We are close by, only a leisurely 3 minute walk, about 60 feet from St. James Church. After dinner, attend evening devotions in St. James, walk to the outdoor Risen Christ behind the church or settle in for a good night's rest.

Day 3 Medjugorje - A window to heaven - In 1981 when Fr. Jozo was imprisoned, Fr. Tomislav Pervan became the next pastor of St. James. Since 1984, we have been under the supervision of the Franciscans in Medjugorje. He advised us to have our pilgrims taken care of in Medjugorje not only by a guide approved by the church but by one who lives there as well who accompanies you during your stay. Our guide accompanies you for morning meetings and talks, walking through the fields to the Blue Cross and visits of historical Medjugorje.

Day 4 A Place Called Peace - Apparition Hill
We follow the path to start the climb up Apparition Hill this morning where they first saw the Blessed Mother. Many times Ivan, Vicka and Marija would often gather with their prayer groups to pray before the Blessed Mother appeared to them. Perhaps attend talks before our visit to Mount Krizevac.

Day 5 -The village and Fr. Jozo
Hear and experience the presence of Fr. Jozo at his prayer and healing service (if he is available. i.e. not traveling). His meditations and service still find us in church at the Hour of Mercy - 3:00 p.m. - the moment of Jesus' death on the cross. At this hour, Our Lord revealed to Blessed Faustina: you can obtain everything for yourself and for others for the asking and to: ...immerse yourself in prayer where you happen to be, if only for a very brief instant."  Before returning in time for the evening apparition, there is time to visit the nearby cave of the martyrs'.

Day 6-7 Islands of the Adriatic                                             Leaving Medjugorje this morning, drive along the Dalmatian coast to board our ferry - about an hour’s boat ride away - to the island of Korcula. You find yourself in places no map could ever take you. Hotel and room check-in before a stroll to the town square where musical performances and evening folklore shows are performed.  Nothing has changed since the 11th century with its narrow cobble-stoned streets and wide marble-paved squares. Cruise to nearby Roman excavations where the white stone was quarried and used in the famous Hagia Sofia's underground vaults and grottos.

Day 8 -9 Island Visit                                                              Sail away to nearby uninhabited island for grilled fish at the very edge of the sea. The sparkling waters and shimmering sandy beaches allow you to interrupt the patterns of your everyday life.

Day 10 Return home to the U.S.A., or extend your visit another day.

or extend your stay
